MIDI Controllers for Ableton Live

What are you Live users using for MIDI Controllers?

I am considering these:

Akai APC40 Abelton Controller
Novation Impulse 25 (25-key)
Akai Professional MPK25
M-Audio Axiom 25

And I have to say that I probably want one with a mini keyboard on it, so 
that I can play soft synths, which rules pout the Akai APC40

Any recommendations?
