We're starting to see bug reports about the RC-300.
How it just freezes up and becomes inoperable.

(also, Roland sound quality is often not as good as the price would 
suggest)

Check out the Vox VDL-1.
Has undo/redo,
and two tracks which can be different lengths.

..and as cheap as the basic beginner loopers already suggested.
