apple cut the upgrade path for mainstage?

mainstage on the app store is at v2.2.2

i'm a registered logic studio owner and my version of mainstage is still 
at 2.1

i received an update last year, but nothing since.... so why have i
not been offered the opportunity to upgrade my mainstage?
