Perhaps you could use a WiiRemote as a method of controlling any looping audio interface or VST/AU. This could be achieved in Pure Data or Max/MSP. The WiiRemote could provide tactile feedback through the vibration function, perhaps providing tactile cues for loop points. I could perhaps build one for you to try in Max for Live/Ableton.
