RE: Do you think these controllers can be enough for livelooping with ableton?

@Mark: THe responsible guy in me (the one whom I never gave opportunity to take controll of my ego) hates me too, because I have no more savings.
And being able to save an average of 500 euro monthly, and having from 2 to max 4 more months of job before I start a part-time (=no more savings, just enough for the expenses) -if I find it, if not I am unemployed-, well, I may understand this "responsible me".
Luckily I am not responsible, I feel that it is too late, at 36, to start being worried for the economical future, now that I start feeling the age and I am more worried about being happy with what I am and what I do in my life...
:)

You are right too.
I was just trying, I guess, to minimize the % of errors in the purchases.
But ok.
I will calm down and enjoy more what I have.

@ Per: what was that, Zen?
:D

Ok. We'll see then.

I think you are over thinking it Sergio... With all the gear you have amassed I would say you have a really seriously great bunch of stuff... I would plug it all in and see where you get... I tell ya, its gonna be a while before you figure out that ..." I should a had more knobs," or "I need more buttons"  or.. "The pedal aint sending /receiving the right kinda midi message.

There are gonna be some duff buys, but when that happens, sell, move on....

Pers advice is very valid, IF you can figure out what you need, then do it... but keep it simple... Just getting all that to synch will be a Hallelujah Brother moment, and thats what we live for...

Oh and by the way, congratz on the OctaTrack! I hate you!
