RC-30s are fairly common and you'll likely find a local store that stocks them...  go try it out and bring your wish list.

No, you can only two loops playing at the same time with the RC-30 according to this document: http://cms.rolandus.com/assets/media/pdf/RC-30_Training_Guide.pdf

Why do you need so many loops playing at once?
