I'd hesitate to use anything with the MBrace except for a tripod stand with a nice wide base - stability would be my concern with the round bases. I mount my mixer on a mic stand too but need the tripod base so it doesn't tip. Nad with as clumsy as I am on my feet, the tripod may better handle my 'balance issues' -

I'm trying out a looping set up with a bass on a stand, wearing the acoustic with a lap steel beside me. mixers and AB pedals galore. very complicated with vox set up. I had 2 loopers in the mix at
