I've been interested in looping since way back. My first looper was the original tape Echoplex which was a wonderfully quirky machine, with the warmest character. Unfortunately, the squat I was living in at the time burnt down, and my echoplex was reduced to a pile of sludge. I've spent a large portion of my life in and out of bands, playing rock, jazz, african, country, but most recently I've returned to looping as a live and compositional technique.
