I started my solo project about 2 months ago, and found out a few days ago that Robert Fripp of King Crimson had been doing the same thing for years. In no way am I ripping off Mr Fripp, even though he had the idea long before I conceived it. Nevertheless, I continue to make music in this manner regardless of the fact it has been done already. Until a few days ago I thought I had convieved a new idea. After more research on Robert Fripp, I have concluded that we are almost exact opposittes, for Fripp is a perfectionist and I am the oppositte, putting complete faith in chaos and randomness. Therefore, I have decided to name my project the 'ANTI-FRIPP SOUNDSCAPES' because he called his work soundscapes, and I am the ANTI fripp! Don't get me wrong, I love his work, and am the biggest King Crimson fan in my age group, but ANTI is defined as opposite, so...
