Akai, way before the Headrush, had a looping delay (1200ms max or so!).
Had footswitch ins to set the loop on, halfrate, etc.
Damnit,i don't have the reference or name.
This one must  be 8bit at most! Grungy, very limited BWidth.
Sounds a bit like the Riff-O -Matic they put out later on.
