dt, Do you (or anyone) bother to save your loops as separate tracks, while
they are developing, before too many lines,  in Logic, etc or just record 
it
all as it goes in realtime? If so, what is your methodology?

I often press *Record* when something interesting develops, but many times
wish I would have recorded the different parts/overdubs/early development 
on
separate tracks for remixing...
