Any plugin you use for Windows should work for Windows under Boot Camp. When you're running "in" Boot Camp, all it means, unless I'm mistaken, is that you are running a Windows OS on Apple hardware. It is not at that point a "Mac" in any meaningful sense (until you boot back into your Mac partition). 

Running under Parallels or Fusion is similar, but as I've said before, those environments will generally not be fast enough for any but the most trivial audio processing.
