Re: SoftStep latency



Correct on the Latency. 

MIDI Expansion module about 1ms faster when running in standalone mode. 

You get to set where "On" is for each key. With a switch you have to make 
it 
travel until it "clicks". So you can have the SoftStep key be very snappy 
- 
without falsies. 

I have been looping for 35 years (2 tape decks - ugh! ) and accurate is a 
must.

That sounds good.

Presumably by "driver of known latency" you mean
"driver latency + usb/firewire latency + A/D conversion time"?


How about the midi-module?
