Wel, no... Edp doesnt scramble, but audibly, one could say the effect
sounds like a standard quantise subtitute. Of course then you have to
build the chunks yourself, but i had one bar of drum machine pattern
sending edp commands that sounded just like that. Im nit using that
technique anymore, prefering now to post process with a kaos pad.
After all that is the devuce that originated all this stuttering and
chopping in the ears of the people.
