Hey, Phil - did you say PROGRAMME CHANGE! Oh my... A tiny purple
creature at the back of my brain whispers something about Live not
supporting MIDI Program Change events. Maybe you should check that
with a search on the Live forum, I never use Program Change in Live so
I have no hands-on experience of my own on this.
