If possible, throw in as many as possible separate virtual outputs  
for all effects. Then, when used in Live 5, you are not restricted to  
keep them in the loopers internal feedback pipe. You can also choose  
to send out a pipe to another channel in Live.

BTW I'm not sure that I personally would like to have effects built  
into the looper patch. If multiple outputs are available - at  
different stages of the signal path - I think I would prefer to route  
a part of the signal out into Live and apply the effect there  
instead. This would be a more modular approach that can be better  
customized. But maybe you have a good reason for stuffing it all into  
that Reaktor patch? I have very limited experience with Reactor myself.

But regarding "stuff in the feedback loop" I am very experienced and  
I would like to recommend anyone to explore this area. "Stuff in the  
feedback loop" was actually what brought me into looping back in the  
early eighties. I had a hardware delay and a harmonizer and found  
that I could cable the harmonizer in the effect loop of the delay and  
have each delay slap loop back at a different pitch; a "cascading"  
effect. Some of my favorite Pluggo plug-ins (Cycling74) appears to  
use the "stuff in feedback loop" concept, as does also the Eventide  
Eclipse, TC FireworX and many other interesting audio tools (as far  
as my ears can tell....)
