Yeah... for me it's either q stick or unplugged electric.  But I got so burned out on the last project (almost 4 years) I laid off playing for six months!  Just getting back into it now.

My rig has been in various states of disorder for over a year.

What I have played the most during all that time is just a simple, cheap little Takamine 6-string acoustic/electric with an on-board Tonewood Amp for reverb.

The simple pleasure of just noodling around on it is priceless.
